New M&M Mentor Appointed!

It gives me great pleasure to appoint Sister Lynette DeVaughn-Baker as M&M Lead Mentor.

Lynette M. De Vaughn-Baker, a native San Antonian, was born, baptized, and raised in Jacobs Chapel United Methodist Church. She was a very active UMYF member and officer, youth usher, and youth choir member who attended and participated in many UMYF Choir Rallies. As an adult, Lynette has been an active member of the United Methodist Church, serving as Youth Ministry leader, Youth Usher leader, and director of the Youth Choir.


Lynette holds Undergraduate and Graduate degrees from the University of Incarnate Word (BBA, MAA) and Wayland Baptist University (M.Ed.), and is a middle school ELAR educator. She is the wife of Trevor Baker, and mother to sons Terrance (8) and Taylor (6). She is a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., and is Recording Secretary for the San Antonio Metropolitan Chapter of Top Ladies of Distinction, Inc. She is also a small business owner who uses her spare time to craft, read, and spend time with her family.
